Tele2 Contact Center is a complete multi-channel solution that simplifies and improves customer contact. Together with Tele2 we developed an animated film that puts the customer at the center and clearly shows the various functions of the service. The challenge was balancing the technical information and its benefits without losing the personal touch. The end result became a colorful corporate film that introduces the viewer to the service in a captivating and educational way.
